For 20 years, Brad's rolled with yoga's flow–both on and off the mat. His vinyasa classes blend mindful movement with Ram Dass-inspired wisdom and gratitude. Vancouver's only Men's Yoga Class creator, he's all about positive masculinity: where strength meets stretch, and every dude finds their groove.
Aya is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor teaching since 2017. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming space to root into the body, rise into strength, and connect as a community. Her classes focus on mindful movement, whole-body wellness, and finding joy in the journey together.
After practicing Power Yoga for many years, Jason discovered traditional Ashtanga at the Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Toronto in 2011. He has been practicing ever since. In 2020, Jason changed direction and began taking seminars in Functional Range Conditioning® and Kinstretch® to help improve athletic performance. Jason’s passion lies in sharing this knowledge in order to help individuals move better, not only in climbing, but in everyday life. When Jason’s not teaching, he’s climbing, training for climbing, or drinking coffee while chilling with his cat.
Jessie is a certified teacher as well as a yoga instructor. She’s been teaching yoga for 12 years - across multiple modalities: yin, meditation, hatha, vinyasa, nidra, even restorative yoga. She ran retreats on Bowen Island for 5 years and loves combining nature knowledge and connection with yoga movement. Jessie teaches with an emphasis on alignment and utilizing proper muscles for a safe and injury free movement practice. She climbs, runs and mountain bikes in her free time, so she brings knowledge of outdoor pursuits to her classes.

Rachel began her yoga journey over a decade ago. After graduating out of dance and school sports, yoga helped to fill the physical activity void in her life. As an active person, the physicality of yoga brought her in, but the mindfulness and calming nature hooked her. Now, as an instructor, Rachel loves to teach strength-based Power classes that focus on breaking down harder poses, making them accessible to everyone, as well as mindful Hatha classes focused on slowing down to focus inward.
