Wear comfortable clothes and bring a waterbottle. If you have a yoga mat you are welcome to bring it but mats and props are provided free of charge.

Call the North Shore front desk if you made a booking online. If you booked through the RGPro app you can cancel from the "my recent online bookings" page on the Hive North Shore tab.

No! All levels are welcome to all our classes. If you're new to yoga, we recommend trying out our Hatha classes as they are slower paced.

A single class rate is the cost of a day pass.

Your day pass provides access to any number of classes in one day at no added cost! If you're trying out the studio, the one-time WOW membership provides unlimited classes for 7 days, and is a great way spend a week sampling all of our amazing teachers and classes.

Please arrive at least 10 mins before your studio class to ensure you have time to check in and get set up. The door will be locked at the start time and latecomers will not be allowed in.
